Who I am

Seen, understood and accepted

Over the years I've supported a wide range of clients, from male teens to older adults. Our challenges may differ, but we all share a need to feel seen, understood and accepted.

Whether you're navigating life after high school, adjusting to university or work, or just figuring out who you are, we'll work through it together with empathy, curiosity and care.

My approach

Therapy that meets you where you are

I take a flexible, collaborative approach that draws on several evidence-informed therapies, chosen to fit your goals rather than a single script.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Noticing the links between thoughts, feelings and actions, and testing new ways of responding.

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

Practical skills for strong emotions, distress tolerance and relationships.

Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT)

Slowing down to understand what your emotions are telling you, and what you need.

Strength-Based Therapy

Starting from what already works for you, and building from there.

Flexible and collaborative

I draw on several approaches rather than one script. We shape a direction together that fits your goals and your pace, and you're free to tell me when something isn't working.

Low-pressure, no judgment

As a young man myself, I know how easy it is to push things aside or feel you have to handle everything alone. You don't need to have it all together to start.

Less clinical, more human

Outside of therapy, I'm into the same stuff many of my clients are: pop culture, art, music, and physical activity. These shared interests often help create a comfortable, down-to-earth connection that makes therapy feel more relatable and less clinical. If you're feeling unsure or overwhelmed, I'm here to help you start with empathy, curiosity, and care.
